Why people stick around
Pay based on experience
We pay what the work is worth, not what a corporate band says. Bring real skill, get real pay.
Steady hours
Full-time. No surprise furloughs. We've been making industrial parts since 1949, and the work doesn't run dry.
Room to grow
Shop helper to machinist. Machinist to gear room operator. We promote from inside when the position is right.
Family-owned, family-run
Decisions get made here, not from a corporate office three states away. You'll know who runs the shop because you'll see them on the floor.
Real work, real variety
Custom industrial parts means the job changes. Same machine, different print, different part every day. Nobody bolts the same widget forever.
Local roots
Same building, same town, since 1949. If you're from the Talladega area, you've probably driven past us. Now you can work here.

Manufacturing, the way it used to work
The shop floor is where the parts get made. That's not a metaphor. The same crew that runs the machines walks the metal from one department to the next, and the people doing the work know each other's names.
We don't run on shift bids, mandatory overtime games, or productivity scoring software. We run on a print, a schedule, and a crew that knows how to read both. The pay is based on what you can actually do. The work is steady because customers keep coming back. And the trade is real, the kind you can build a career on.
If you're a machinist, a welder, a gear cutter, or someone trying to break into the trade, give us a call. We'll talk about what you've done and what you want to do next. Read more about who we are, or take a look at our shop floor before you come in.
