Do you make gears to print or can you reverse engineer one?+
Both. Send a drawing and we make the gear to spec. Send a worn or broken gear with no drawing and we reverse engineer it, measuring the tooth count, pitch, pressure angle, and bore, then cut a replacement that matches.
How fast can I get a gear quote?+
We turn most quotes around in about 48 hours. Upload drawings, a sketch, or a description of the application, and our team reviews the requirements and provides material recommendations and pricing.
Do you handle single gears or only high volume?+
Both. Our 140,000 square foot facility is large enough for high volume runs but flexible enough to cut one replacement gear. Tell us the quantity when you request a quote.
Can you grind gears or just cut them?+
Both. We offer gear cutting, hobbing, and grinding. Whether you need gear grinding only or a complete ready to install assembly, we handle it in house.
What materials do you cut gears from?+
Common gear steels and alloys, cast iron, bronze, and stainless, chosen for the load and application. If your print calls out a specific material and heat treat, send it with your request.
