Quoting & Order Review
Customer requirements are captured, documented, and reviewed before work begins. No assumptions, no verbal-only specs.
Material Traceability
Mill certs on incoming steel, lot tracking through production, and material identification kept with the part from receiving to shipping.

Travelers, in-process inspection points, and operator sign-offs at each step. Deviations are documented, reviewed, and corrected.

Approved supplier status
Many OEMs and government programs require ISO 9001:2015 certified suppliers on their approved vendor lists. Our certification makes us eligible without additional supplier qualification cycles.

25 years of continuous certification
We've held ISO 9001 certification since April 10, 2001. The standard has been updated twice since then (to ISO 9001:2008, then to the current ISO 9001:2015), and we've passed the recertification audit each time. That's 25 years of an outside auditor walking the floor, reviewing the records, and signing off that the system holds up.
The registrar is NQA, USA, accredited by ANAB (the ANSI National Accreditation Board). Both names matter: a certification only counts if the body issuing it is itself accredited to do so. Buyers vetting suppliers can confirm Certificate No. 10908 directly with NQA.
One note for the paperwork: the certificate is issued to Thrive Talladega LLC, the legal entity that operates the Talladega Castings & Machine Co. business at 1240 King Street. Same shop, same address, same crew. If you're setting up an approved vendor file, both names should be in there.
