One building, one team, one shift
Everything that goes into making the part happens here. The casting comes off the floor and walks to machining. Machining hands it to the gear room or to fabrication. QA inspects it before it ships. No outsourcing, no driving parts across town between processes, no second shop's schedule to coordinate with.
That matters when something goes wrong. If a part comes back, the people who made it are still here. If a dimension needs to change mid-run, the change happens on the floor that day. If a critical job needs to jump the queue, the same crew that knows your part is the one moving it through.
